Our Steps to Going Paperless

Our biggest paperless achievement we have made is the use of wufoo forms to sign up and pay for each one of our classes.  Signing up is easy on our website.  We take credit cards for payment along with partial payments, and deposits. The registrations and payment notifications come straight to our email. We even have folders for each class online where the registrations are filed.
We use Evernote for document storage. I store a lot of my documents in Evernote, where I can easily edit them, export them as PDFs and drop the edited version right back into the note, where it will always be available to me.
Evernote is another step we have taken to go paperless in our business.  We have it downloaded on all our computers.  It’s easy when I am away from the office teaching to drop something into Evernote and know that anyone that has access to it will see it.  It is great for storing information you want access to quickly.  I can be away from the office and log into my Evenote and access log in information needed for student resource material on the spot.
Book prices and order numbers are always changing as the new editions arrive.  ... more
