Oakland County Michigan home sales up 13.9% in August 2012
August 2012 median sales price of homes in Oakland County Michigan is now $140,100, according to reports just released from Realcomp MLS.  This compares to a 2011 median sales price of $123,000.  A 13.9% increase!  Overall, Oakland County Michigan average days on market decreased to just 77.
