Hey - be careful with my Open House signs! 
 
I just had an interesting experience.   We were scheduled to get short sale approval on one of my listings today (Monday); however last Friday the buyer lost his job.   So what did I do?   I put it back active on the MLS, I blogged it, I craigslisted it, I called all the people who had previously expressed interest, I text messaged all my potential buyers AND I ran over and put up 14 open house signs and sat and marketed it to death on my laptop so that I could get another offer quickly.
I even arranged to have agents trade each other off while all the advertising was out there and all the signs were up.   The last agent was to pick up the signs and take them back to the office for me to pick up.   I went and met him and he started yanking them out of the back of his jeep.   He had them all thrown in there in a big tangled up mess!    I have nice flags to go on each one too.  They were thrown in the jeep in a pile of grease.   I said, ... more
