Staging Makes a Large Portland Home more Appealing to Buyers
Our Portland home staging company recently staged a large home (over 6,000 sq ft) to make it more appealing to potential buyers.  When buyers walk into a big, empty house it's hard for them to see themselves living there, and large spaces can be confusing.  Their questions usually include "What's the purpose of this room?" and "How will we place furniture in this space?"
In the previous online photos, the house looked OK, but nothing grabbed your attention.  Take a look:
The great room & dining area was undefined
Staging this space with furnishings warmed it up and showed buyers how they could live there
Here you barely notice the fireplace & built-ins
Staging highlights the room's focal points and gives it the attention it deserves
This main floor room had an undefined function
So we staged it as a home office since many buyers today are looking for one in their new home 
The large Master Bedroom is so empty!
Although this photo shows just half of the huge Master Bedroom, buyers will now find it more appealing
Even the tub in the Master needs something more
