Halemalu at Puhi is located at 2103 Kelikoli in Puhi, Kauai, Hawaii.  It is a development of 31 buildings with 60 two story townhomes with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. It was developed in 2002 by DR Horton-Schuler Homes. All have a two (2) car garage and private yard area.  Halemalu at Puhi is conveniently located near shopping (Kukui Grove Shopping Center, CostCo, Home Depot, KMart and more) and the Kauai Community College.  Pets are allowed. Homeowner Association Dues range from $250 - $350 per month.

Halemalu at Puhi Sales Statistics show that the number of sales has increased in 2012 versus 2011 and that the median sales price is up slightly.  The median sale price for 2012 is $304,900. However, we are still a long way from the peak in 2006 when the median sales price was $495,000.
The 2012 Sales Statistics show that six (6) Halemalu at Puhi townhomes sold in 2012  The sales prices ranged from $300,000 - $351,000.  Four (4) were four bedroom townhomes and two (2) were three bedroom townhomes. According to the MLS, one was a short sale and the remaining sales were regular sales.
