Congratulations, Andrew! You own a home.
  This was Andrew's first home and he was very excited about it.  We got very lucky because he absolutely loves this home and with good reason - it fits his personality.  The other great aspect of this transaction was that we discovered an up and coming revitalized urban area that is exciting and walkable.   He was very excited when he first called.  He was pretty stuck on a house that he found on the internet.   That's when he got the house buying bug and decided to get pre-qualified for a loan. When the lender told him that "Yes indeed, you can get a loan for this house and we can keep your payment under $1000/month", was the first time he turned pale. We put "the house" on his list as the first one to see.  When he opened the door was the second time he turned pale.  It was even better than the pictures.
