There Is No "I" In Award
It's December - how was your real estate year? Did you remember to thank and show gratitude to those making the transactions close?
Sue Gabriel was an agent I worked with at Re/Max Pros that has stepped away from the real estate sales for awhile, but her blog is FULL of gratitude to whomever crossed her path. I wanted to post one of her posts that sums it up so well - There is no "I" in Team and there is no "I" in Award either.

We hear it all the time...there is no "I" in Team.
I'd like to add there is no "I" in Award, either.
When the Oscar winners gave their acceptance speeches the other night, they thanked the people behind the scenes who contributed to their success.
And recently, I was awarded a plaque from my company for achievements in 2010. To say I was surprised would be an understatement (seriously...I didn't see that coming at all!), and the first thing I did was personally thank each of my clients from last year. 
 
Because without those wonderful folks putting their faith & trust in me, there IS no award!
