The November 2012 average "for sale" price of a single family resale listing in Union County was  $227,000. That was down  6.6% from November 2011 when the average "for sale" price in Union County was $ 243,000. The average sold price of of a single family resale home in Union County  was up 3% from a year ago. The average sold price of a home in Union County, Ohio  was $205,000 in November 2012 compared to $ 199,000 in November 2011.The median sale price of a home in Union County in November 2011 was $140,000  and this November the median price was $146,000.
