Maravilla is a centrally located, gated neighborhood in the mid-Scottsdale area.  There are 89 Homes in Maravilla, which were built in 1993 and 1994.  Maravilla is close to the major retail center, Paradise Valley Mall and within a few blocks of several schools, both elementary, middle and high schools.  The area schools are both  public and private.
 
There are two neighborhoods named Maraville built by the same builder, Centex, and nearby.  Maravilla 1, written here, is gated and is located on the Northwest corner of Thunderbird & 56th Streets. 
 
Maravilla II is not gated and is located behind a similar neighborhood on the NW corner of 62nd St and Bell Road.
 
Paradise Valley Mall and the surrounding area shops have every retail amenity available, including a Neighborhood Walmart and Sprouts grocery store.  Farther south, about ½ a mile are 4 major grocers:  Fry’s, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Albertsons and even more retail. 
 
Schools for Maravilla include: Liberty Elementary, Sunrise Middle School, Horizon High School, Rancho Solano K – 5, Pope John XXIII K – 8. and  Scottsdale Christian Academy.
