Time Change
It’s that time of year again to “Spring Forward” or turn your clocks ahead. Twice a year we change our clocks. Once in the Spring and once in the Fall. Time change will take place on March 10, 2013 at 2:00 a.m. and November 3, 2013 when we “Fall Back”.  Most of us will already be asleep and not even pay attention to the fact we lost an hour of sleep. It’s good to know if you attend church on Sundays or have plans...you don’t want to be late.This is a perfect time of year to start welcoming Spring and experiencing longer daylight. Plus a perfect time of year to change the batteries in your smoke detectors!

Daylight Savings Time was first proposed in 1895 and the United States really started adjusting to it in the 1950’s. Arizona and Hawaii are the only two states that do not adjust their clocks to observe Daylight Savings Time. Some people are not a fan of having to adjust the clocks twice a year.
