MeetUp in Lovettsville - 80 Degrees, Sunshine and Wonderful Food.
Folks were all smiles in Lovettsville, VA today at the Market Table Bistro for the first
ActiveRain MeetUp in Lovettsville.

This is a hardy bunch.  Jay came from Gainesville, VA, Patricia came from D.C. 
Mike came from Winchester VA, Roy from Gaithersburg MD and Jeff Lovettsville.
Yes, we talked real estate and everyone had some good stories. 
For ActiveRain membrs not familiar with the group:
Jay Markanich is our "Go To" home inspector for Northern VA and D.C.
Patricia Kennedy covers MD, VA, and D.C. and I believe the world is here market area.
Buffy Cooper is very active in Mike Cooper's businesses in Winchester area.
Roy Kelley (and Dolores) is in Montgomery County and our ActiveRain flower expert.
Jeff Pearl is also in Loudoun County and actually understands Land Sales.
