Part One   This post will deal with the different IDX's that I went through and how I wanted to use them.  The purpose of my new site was a niche market for townhomes and condos only in my area.  I've had this domain name for years and never really implemented what I wanted - don't let that happen to you!

So, this is the IDX portion which will hopefully save you time and much aggravation.  I am currently using Showing Suite IDX in HD.  It is a very cool idea with many nice new tricks that will impress buyers.  Plans start at $39 to $129 per month.  They are currently running a 30 day free startup promo so you can test it out.  The Penthouse version has many cool features that someday I hope to implement but right now I want to see if this niche site will pan out with traffic.  

Install is easy and customization is easy.  Yes, I customize each search for a particular subdivision or you can do the same with each town.  Draw a boundary map with your mouse and voila! ... more
