Special Financing For Teachers, Police, Firefighters
Special financing is available for teachers, police offiers, firefighters - if it is available here in Florida, it is probably available in some form in your state as well. I currently have a family interested in purchasing a home (after all, the market is great for purchasing right now) but they don't have any cash and want low payments. Well, it just so happens that with a FICO score of 620 or better they can qualify for 100% financing! YES, I DID say 100% financing!!!
While I am NOT a mortgage person, I did call the Pinellas County office that handles these loans and was told that they are indeed STILL available!!! That is news we all need to share!!!
