May 2013 Market Report for Canton MA
It continues to be busy in the Canton MA Real Estate market.  May was no exception.   From May 1, 2013 - May 31, 2013, there were 16 single family homes sold in Canton MA*, with a low price of $121,000.00 and a high of $878,500.00.  The average sales price was $465,406.00.  Here is a chart showing the breakdown of the price ranges for the Canton's May 2013 home sales.    
The total number of sales in May 2013 is up from May 2012. Here is a chart showing total sales for the first quarter of the year over the past five years.
