Why Do People Live here?
Oaks North is a quiet neighborhood of single family homes in Addison, Texas that is conveniently located about 14 miles north of downtown Dallas.  Although the mailing address is Dallas, these homes are in the Town of Addison and are served by Addison Police and Fire Departments. All Addison residents can join the Addison Athletic Club for a one-time $10 fee for as long as they live in Addison. Built in 1980-1998, the subdivision has several cul-de-sacs and small pocekt parks. Oaks North is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Village on the Parkway is across Montfort Road and there is a Whole Foods Market (opening July 16, 2013), restaurants, and next year a multi-screen movie theater.
