Prosper Texas Home Sales were up 67% in June 2013
Prosper Texas Home Sales were up 67% in June 2013 over the same month last year with 75 homes selling this month! So far this year, overall home sales were at 304 homes sold, a 32% change from this time last year. New Prosper Texas Real Estate listings changed 22% for the same period last year with 78 homes listed this month. So far this year, ovferall home listings underwent a 13% change with 413 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 18%, with 58 homes contracted.
