Ruidoso Trails - enjoy hiking, biking or horseback
The forested trails around Ruidoso are many. Although, some of the Lincoln National Forest and White Mountain Wilderness trails were damaged in last year's Little Bear Fire, there are many trails that were not.
I have recently began a photo blog with more details on some of the area trails.
The Grindstone Canyon Trail now measures over 4 miles, but continues to expand the system of additional trails in the area. This trail is very close to town, and other outdoor activities, including the Ruidoso River Trail and the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort.
