Raintree Forest Third Quarter 2013 Market Report
Raintree Forest Third Quarter 2013 Market Report

Raintree Forest is finally seeing the same prices homeowners were used to seeing in the market's peak years of 2007 and 2008. Prices increased on average 11% compared to the same time in 2012.

Days on the market are down from 77 days in 2012 to just 50 this year. The number of transactions is up 35% compared with 2012. Inventory continues to improve but there is still only a 4 month supply.
Anything less than a 6 month supply of homes is considered a Seller's Market. Homeowners who are thinking of selling their Raintree Forest home should consider getting their home market ready!
