I attended a Closing Today in Del Webb Mt Juliet! for a client that I met back in April. She was moving from Ohio and new to the area. She was looking for a low-maintenance home so that she could spend her time enjoying retirement and not maintaining a home. We looked around quite a bit and then she decided to build in Del Webb. Del Webb is a 55 and older community where the yard work is taken care of for the residents. She picked out a 2 bedroom, 2 bath plan with a large kitchen, living room and office. She opted for granite counters and hardwood floors.
The construction  process had some highs and lows and my client was never sure it would be finished on time. I continued to reassure her that it would be finished on time and turn out great. It was a stressful few months but when the new construction supervisor, Craig, took over, everything went smoothly. He really knew how to get the job done right. We signed the sales contract in the middle of May so it took just less than 6 months to complete.
