Windsurfing on Maui's Northshore-Paia Maui Homes
Windsurfing on Maui has been a growing sport since the early 80's.  People travel from around the world to enjoy the wind and waves on Maui's beaches.  Places like Kanaha and Spreckelsville are popular windsurfing destination. The crown jewel of the northshore is Hookipa Beach. 
 
Hookipa is also a popular surfing spot which is my home break. We just had a major swell with up to 40 ft waves at Jaws.  To big to surf for me, so I was working at my home office and my wife gave me the call that Hookipa was going off. So I grabed my video camera and head down to the beach.  I hope you enjoy the windsurfing session.
If your looking to buy a home in Maui's northshore there are some great neighorhoods in Spreckelsvills Maui.  You will find oceanfront homes and golf course homes with in walking distance to Paia Town. Other great areas close to beaches is Haiku.  If your interested in buying a home in Haiku prices generally start at around the $400K price range.
