All good real estate agents know that the best time to list homes for sale are spring and summer.  However, listing your home for sale at this time of the year can give you a competitive edge .
If your home is currently for sale or you are thinking of listing here are three reason why listing over the holidays work to your advantage:
1. There is Less Competition:  At this time of the year homeowners who have their property for sale are considering taking it off for the Holidays. They don't want to deal with the hassle of showing the property whilst they have family and friends visiting for the Holidays.
