SPRING HAS SPRUNG
Get ready! Rest up!  Spring has sprung!  The Buyers are out there don't wait for them to find you!  You must find them first!  The Spring market is going to be busy with all the media hype about the market I'm finding there are more and more first time home buyers out there wanting to purchase within a few months.
 
I have several customers right now that want to purchase within the next few months and I'm ready to get them tucked away.  Get yourself out there and do open houses.  I've had great success at them lately.  The Buyers coming through the opens are very sociable and willing to give info!  Which is not something I run into often.  The best price range for opens for me right now is $120,000 - $150,000.  That seems to be the most active price range for open houses and buyer's not already working with an agent.  I know I blogged last about Buyers in a lesser range but for open houses the price range is as stated above.
