If you are looking for a closing gift that will keep reminding your clients, and their guests, that you are a real estate professional, then this might be something to consider.
I found a small company that has a good idea. They make quilts. I think their quilts are good closing gifts.
The quilts have panels that can be customized. You can add your logo or name. And they can be made for a particular location.
If you are in the habit of giving gifts at closing or later to your clients, I would put these on the list of options.
