Princeville Kauai condo (and house) update for the week of Jan 19th to Jan 25th

What a difference a day makes. This morning we cannot see the ocean as everything is pretty much grey outside. If I told you there were mountain views off the back lanai, you’d simply have to take me at my word as they’re not visible either. Fortunately, we participated in the first of three seasonal whale counts yesterday when it was beautiful and sunny with a cooling breeze. We saw four breeches, numerous slaps and too many “blow” to mention. Had a great time. Whale counting is open to volunteers.
