Altogether there are currently about 125 luxury homes on the market in and around the zip codes of 34202 & 34211. These zip codes encompass Lakewood Ranch and a few adjacent communities; The Country Club of Lakewood Ranch, Lakewood Ranch Country Club East, The Lake Club and the Concessions.
Homes priced at or above $500,000 are the starting price point for the luxury market in Sarasota and Manatee county areas.
