Old Mill Subdivision is by far one of the favorites in the Geismar area.  The subdivision features a beautifully landscaped entrance as well as a community clubhouse next to the 5 lane swimming pool and playground. The perimeter of the entire subdivision is completely fenced. Old Mill is conveniently located minutes from I-10 with easy access to Gonzales, Baton Rouge, New Orleans and all that these areas have to offer.
The subdivision is in Geismar but the area is also referred to as "Dutchtown".  Children that live in Old Mill are in walking distance to their schools - Dutchtown Primary, Middle AND Dutchtown High School.  
Business establishments include a great local Grocery Store Harvest Supermarket, a National chain pharmacy and a locally owned pharmacy, physician and dentist office,  Chinese, Greek, Mexican and Seafood resaurants, gym, shopping (Tanger Outlet, Mall of Louisiana) and so much more all in the Geismar/Dutchtown area.
