I came to preview this new home development with my wife to see how it was coming along. Rule #1 don't go previewing in a community with your wife unless you are ready buy. I was caught off guard, the minute we walked into the models the first thing that wowed us were  the 13ft tray ceilings, 8ft doors and yes no formal living room. Finally a builder that realizes the only reason to have one is to get to the family room, where we are most of time entertaining, relaxing and socializing.
                         
We purchased the Jamison model on the lake, we didn't need a pool. There is a stunning club house and pool surrounded by Tennis and bocci courts, and walking trails. A manned gate with low HOA fee's that includes lawn maintenance as well.
