Missed on inspection. One, Two and Three. Not number Four though.
This pocket sale home was sitting pretty s a picture when I arrived at the home for the home inspection for the buyer.
Inspection One was when the local building inspector comes out and finds nothing and the C of O was issued.
Inspections Two and Three, this was when the home was inspected by a local home inspector. Not once but twice when the owners got transferred out of town for their jobs.
This home has been sold at least Three times.
Now we are in the Fourth sale. Take a look at what I found when the home inspection took place on this home.

This is simply amazing why this would not had been found by the "Other inspectors".

At first glance the home looks like a great home. And it is. But there are issues. Issues that needs to be addresses as soon as possible.
This warped soffit was a major clue there was an issue from above. The mast seems to have pulled to one side of the hole that by the way was never sealed.
