Meeting with a client
I enjoy meeting with a client. This usually starts with a phone call about their property. I ask as much as I can about the home and keep notes. Several times these people have been called by other agents. I try to offer a little insight about this, without trying to just make a sales pitch. Sharing information and ideas is a good first step.
From the initial call, I then attempt to find out what similar homes in the area are bring priced. This helps the homeowner during the appointment to understand their market.I have lived in Lockport area for about ten years now. With the new I-355 in place, there is a stunning potential for growth here. I believe the city has kept a balance between the open area of the rural section with the new construction.
