What's It Take to Be a Successful Agent These Days?  Don't be a clown
 
Sounds pretty simple, right?  But if it were that simple, we wouldn't encounter so many of the aforementioned clowns as we go about our daily business.
 
Above, we have serial killer John Wayne Gacy as Pogo the Clown, TV's Bozo the Clown, The Simpsons' Krusty the Clown and two guys known as Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J that comprise a group known as Insane Clown Posse.  That's Mr. 2 Dope on the left, for all concerned.
 
All of these guys were (or are) successful in their line of work or pursuits (yes, even Gacy was successful in becoming one of the most prolific killers in our nation's history)- but how would a sales deal with any of them work out?
 
This is an eclectic group of clowns, to be sure- but your everyday agent clown isn't much different.  One can (and should) do the best they possibly can for their clients in every deal and circumstance- but negotiate in bad faith?  You're a clown.  Broker who treats ... more
