Dates:     Saturday and Sunday, July 12 and 13, 2014
Time:     12-10 p.m. (Saturday); 12-9 p.m. (Sunday)
Place:     The Boulevard at Capital Centre (adjacent to Exit 16 from I-95/495 and the Metro commuter train to the Largo station.)
 
Admission:  Free before 3 p.m.
                     $25 General Admission
                     $100 Limited VIP 
The Festival Empowerment Zones will focus on the following three key areas that directly impact our communities and our nation: Health and Wellness, Economic and Job Empowerment, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) Education.
The Festival will also include musical entertainment featuring a diverse mix of talented international, national, and local artists, food, vendors, family fun and amusement.
