Home sales in the Highland Park area were down 13% in May 2014
Home sales in the Highland Park area were down 13% in May 2014 compared to last year, with 104 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 9% , with 365 homes sold. New Highland Park real estate listings increased 1% from last year, with 140 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 8%, with 687 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was down 27%, at 88 homes.
