This is a recap of the homes for sale in the Woodlands gated community in the city of Arcadia along with market activity for the first six months of 2014.   Statistical information is from our local multiple listing service(mls).   
 
Woodlands consists of 125 single family detached two story homes in four different floor plans with three to five bedrooms and up to three baths. They were built by Greystone Homes in 2002.  The homes which feature exteriors influenced by Spanish, Craftsman and Traditional architecture range in size from approximately 1830 to 2398 square feet per builder provided estimates. Tax assessor records reflect higher square footages.
 
There is a recreation center with a pool, spa and barbeque  area in professionally managed community.
 
The Arcadia location of Woodlands is convenient to both the Foothill(210) and San Gabriel River(605) freeways.  It is a part of the Monrovia Unified School District.
