The Home That Remains With Us Like A First Love.
 It was all about The Home we were in.
 
         On July 20, 1969, forty five years ago Neil Armstrong took his famous walk on the moon.  Last weekend was a weekend of reflection as so many recalled where they were on that evening and how they felt.  It was a night to remember.  The news, blogs and posts I read were filled with so many lovely memories and stories. 
 
        It seems it was a time, perhaps a moment, when everyone stopped and watched.  It was a united feeling of joy for the astronaut's safety and accomplishments.  And with that night came an emotional inspiration for what the future could be.
 
        But more than those collective feelings that we all shared, what struck me most was where I was.  It was all about the home we were in.  I could not help but look back on all the wonderful memories that home gave to us as a young family and still holds within it's walls.
 

 
        Although we have all moved on and those days have passed, our old home is still there and it is where our memories go back to all the time.
