Real Estate Leads
Anyone out there that thinks subscription leads work?  I sure would like to know.  Please don't be shy and tell me honestly if you sign up for them or is this a gimmick from other real estate avenues to make a living.  I have read articles were supposedly high profile companies spend thousands of dollars on this venture and even a year or so ago one of my Realtor subscription magazine did an article on them.  The interview included large firms that did subscribe and comments by individual successful agents expressed opinions on which lead companies they preferred and gave them the most business and expressed success.
Besides the local area that you farm and then also our referral business from past clients, were else would you get hundreds of leads from.  Your Internet website?   Large companies do have an advantage, their advertising budget is huge and then internal referrals from coast to coast. Not that they are better than the small company, it's just a tighter circle. Then there are the builders they have their own Realtors and the customers think that they also represent their best interest.
