I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 86 active listings. 2homeslistings new this week; 1 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homes went under contract; 2 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes.  1 homes sold; a traditional sale town home.
