The Village of Rhinebeck market update  for August 2014 showed  1 single family home sold, as recorded by th Mid Hudson MLS.  This property sold for more than it was listed for,  an indication there might have been multiple offers.  The sale price  to list price came in at 102 percent.
Back in August 2013 there was also 1 sale in the village for $260.000.   The home sold was much higher this year, it came in at $446,000
