Damp crawl space on new home
Inspected a new home in the Raleigh NC area several weeks ago and there were signs that water had penetrated the foundation wall. Wall and weather were dry at the time but there were indicators I noted during my home inspection. Builder told buyers the evidence I saw happened during construction.
