Finding the right real estate professional is a very important task and should not be taken lightly.  Every day your home is on the market is one day closer to you moving into your dream home.  You should expect alot from your agent.  Do not accept your home being listed, added to your local MLS, sign in the front yard and then you sit and wait.  You want, and deserve, a professional who actively markets your home.  Here are some a few things to consider when searching for the right agent and during your interview process.
