What to Do When You Have Lost Your Wallet, Credit Cards or Laptop!

Suzanne McLaughlin has written an excellent post on what to do if your wallet goes missing, either by losing it or having it stolen. She first gives a great explanation on things to do in order to prepare for such an event, like making photocopies of the front and back of all your credit cards in advance. Then, she goes on to give a few suggestions on preventative ways not to give away your personal information, even when writing a check. Last, Suzanne talks about who to contact if you feel your identity has been stolen, and even provides the contact information in her post. Please read the entire post and share it with others so we can all help prevent, or at least minimize the ramifications of identity theft.
