Colliers Hill is off Erie Parkway about two miles West of I-25 in Erie, CO.    This community is only about one year old, and both Richmond Homes & Shea Homes are building.     Home prices range from $400,000 to $800,000 and will have a clubhouse, community pool and pocket park.   This community was originally called Daybreak, and was changed. 
 
 
It all started last May when I received an email from an ActiveRain member stating her client was getting transferred to Denver.    Homes do not sell as quickly in Pennsylvania, and after several months, the decision was made to rent the home, which was successful in 3 days.   I do think Friday the 13th was a GREAT day for this growing family to close on their brand new home.    To top that they will be able to move in today with 65-70 degree weather in February!    A little different from the weather they are having back East!   Their son slept through the entire closing!
