The Results of Limited Supply in Almaden Valley
 

 
Here in Almaden Valley, as in many areas, supply and demand are the name of the game,
and increasing values. We currently have 30 active single family homes, that's less than half
of what we had 2 years ago. I was able to sell my clients' fixer upper for significantly more than
it would have sold for last year or most likely than it would have sold for this spring or summer.
The home is on Redmond Avenue, a somewhat busy street, has lots of potential, but timing was key. Asking price was $899,000 and sold for $925,000, off market per sellers' request, and with multiple offers.
What will this spring bring? Unfortunately the batteries in my crystal ball are dead, so I will have to
invest in a solar one:) I see many homeowners upgrading their homes in our area.
Get your home on the market before your neighbors do. Timing can be critical if inventory increases
significantly.
