Tebow is back...time to start blogging?
First blog post...looking for financing answers in St. Augustine, for Vacation rental property.  
 
Ok, so this has nothing to do with Tim Tebow, but since it is my first Activerain blog post, I figired I would start with a Hail Mary pass.
 
"Condotel" financing.  
 
Is there anyone out there who has a source for financing for condo-hotels, with nightly rentals, on-site rental office (not a third party renting the space), and less than 600sf units.
There is, in my situation in St. Augustine, a complex that has incredible vacation rental opportunities, with direct ocean views, and only steps from the beach.  The investment potential on these units is awesome, but we are in a cash-only purchase situation.
We do an excellent job marketing and selling these units when they become available, but with financing, the sky is the limit.  Any suggestions?
