Lemont Market Trends for March 2015Lemont home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 31.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 8.2% from $296,250 to $272,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 60%, while the median sale price decreased by 28.2% from $377,500 to $271,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 16.7%, while the median sale price rose by 17.4% from $251,000 to $294,720.
