White Plains NY Single Family Homes Stay Strong June 2015
  Sales There were 20 unit sales in May. This is up 81.8% from 11 in May of 2014. This is the highest unit sales have been since 31 in August, 2014. Sales/list price ratio in May moved up to 101.1% from 96.4% in April. 
Prices Median price in May was $585,000. This is down 9.3% from $645,000 in May of 2014. 3-month median price of $560,000 in May was down considerably from $735,000 in April and down modestly from $600,000 in May of 2014. Price per square foot in May was $313. This is up from $270 in April and up from $292 in May of 2014. 
Inventory Inventory of 117 in May was up 19.4% from 98 in April but down 0.8% from 118 in May of 2014. New listings of 51 in May were down slightly from 57 in April and down a little from 52 in May of 2014. Months of supply of 6.6 in May was up modestly from 5.8 in April and up marginally from 6.3 in May of 2014. This is the highest months of supply has been since November, 2013.
