  Welcome to Livonia Michigan Deer Creek Sub quick real estate market update for July 2015.  As summer progresses we are starting to see our home for sale (listing) inventory grow just a bit in Livonia.  The listing inventory for the entire city seemed to stay in the low 200's (210-230) homes available for sale and now in July we see that number right around 270 homes for sale.  As a whole the city of Livonia's real estate market is doing very well.  We are experiencing very quick sales in many cases, it is very common to see homes in the area sell in just a couple of weeks or less.  The Livonia Real Estate Market is still even experiencing many multiple offers/bidding war situations.  A home owner may be very surprised to see the activity on thier home once it is listed for sale.
