This is a recap of homes for sale in the Upper Hastings Ranch neighborhood at the northeastern portion of the city of Pasadena. Statistical information in this report has been gathered from our local multiple listing service (mls) and may not include all transactions.
 
There are three distinct neighborhoods in the Hastings Ranch area. Lower Hastings Ranch, Upper Hastings Ranch and Hastings Heights. This update covers the Upper Hastings Ranch area which is situated north of Sierra Madre Boulevard, west of Michillinda Avenue, south of the Hastings Heights neighborhood and east of the Eaton Canyon Golf Course. This is part of Pasadena zip code 91107.
 
The neighborhood was first developed in the early 1950s. Although Pasadena is not known for its large scale tract developments, there are more than 1000 homes in the Upper Hastings Ranch area.  You can still find a significant number of original owner residents and the homes I have seen over the years range from those in retro cool 1950s condition to some incredible renovations as well as everything in between.  The overwhelming
