Cane Creek Ridge is only one of many mountain communities tucked away amongst the ranges of Western North Carolina and it is one of my favorites.  People who choose to locate their home in Cane Creek Ridge all have one thing in common, they want privacy and the splendor of the mountains but they don't want to be isolated.  Located conveniently between Sylva and Waynesville, NC, Cane Creek Ridge supplies exactly what these folks are looking for.
 
All of the lots are a minimum of 2.5 acres, providing plenty of privacy buffer and the experience of living surrounded by nature but the access is so easy that no one feels detached from the sense of community.  Cane Creek Ridge does have a Home Owners Association and it's sole purpose is to help protect property values and to maintain a fine roadway throughout the development.  The HOA is governed by elected volunteers who have a history of having struck a good balance between maintaining the Restrictive Covenants and fostering good relationships between neighbors through a variety of activities, including an annual and completely enjoyable potluck picnic.
