3rd Quarter Housing Update for Southwest California

My 3rd quarter Realtor Report on housing data for Southwest California is ready now. Sales up slightly over August but prices pretty flat across the 9 cities. Inventory and days on market are both down and pending slaes are way down. What does this mean for our market betweern now and the end of the year?
