The Biggest Piece of the Puzzle for Home Buyers
I was talking with a potential client today and she was discouraged. 
She had outgrown her current residence and needed another. 
Unfortunately, some things had changed which didn't make her the optimal candidate.
Purchasing a new home seemed like an impossible task. 
She spoke. I probed. We brainstormed. We found the answer.
 
Last month, I was speaking to a potiential client.
Her issue was the same.
Her lease was coming to an end and she wanted to purchase another home.
Yes, another home. She foreclosed during the bust. 
When she had the funds for down payment, she couldn't qualify.
She got discouraged. She spent the money.
Like my other potential client, she was frustrated.
She spoke. I probed. We brainstormed. We found the answer.
 
Over the past 10 years I've been selling homes, potential home buyers more often than not have the same issue.
They come to me in distress. 
Tired.
Frustrated.
Thinking they wouldn't be able to be a homeowner.
 
The biggest piece of the puzzle for home buyers is PERSISTANCE.
The road to owning a home isn't easy for a lot of people.
In every case, the situation just needed a little elbow grease,
a good agent (moi?), and a carefully designed plan.
Then viola..... WE GOT THE KEYS BABY!!!
